“Loved the views on the ride, although it was too hazy to see the Denali mountain very clearly. We also loved chatting with other travelers from all over the world. We also loved the view from the top of the second floor. The train wasn’t busy and we were able to stay there the entire time. We saw a lot of moose from that view!”

“This was a super interesting ride with great information and breathtaking views. Everything was done in such an efficient way that getting from Fairbanks to Anchorage was so smooth. I easily checked in a bag and everyone at the station and working the train were incredibly nice. Again, the views were amazing. I did wish that the lights could have been shut off at times so you didn't have the glare in pictures through the window, but that's probably for safety reasons.”

“It was okay. Steve was good but Joe kept talking over him making it impossible to listen. Steve had some good stories and information but again it was disrupted by the over talking”

“This is for the Adventure Class, which means your food options are limited to the self-serve cafe. If you want the Gold Star Class (the fancy restaurant), then this ticket is not for you. After a long day of snack foods, we had hoped we could sit down in a nice car with good food. Alas. We had snack food again. The seats do recline A LOT more than airplane seats!”
