“We booked this tour last minute because our Chena Hot Springs tour was canceled due to a blizzard. We were a bit worried if they’ll be able to accommodate us, but Joy was simply amazing! “Weather forecast called for a very high chance for rain the night our tour was scheduled. I called the tour company and ask if they were going to cancel the tour due to weather. They said no. So, I was stuck - If I cancelled at this point, I would not get my money back. They had no option to go another night. So we went and saw clouds and rain for $300. Apparently there are tour companies that allow you to switch nights at the last minute - I would pick one of them. Would not recommend this tour company.”

“I tried two other aurora viewing tours prior this one, same week, and definitely Nathan makes it a whole experience. This was in my bucket list since I was 12yo and he knows that a lot of people is chasing lights as a bucket list. So he worked hard to make it everyone’s comfortable, warm, gave good info about aurora. As soon as you get into the van you can tell he is a profesional and that he loves what he does. Maybe you don’t think about details cause your only focus in aurora. But it makes a BIG DIFFERENCE when you are chasing for hours mix with low temperatures.…”
