“Meeting and learning about Alaskan huskies was a very fun and informative experience at the Trail Breaker Kennel. Our guide, Tori, was very knowledgeable, having grown up in a mushing family and having raised Alaskan huskies for her entire young life. We learned so much about these dogs and their importance in Alaska, and it was great fun to spend time with them. The only disappointment was there were no puppies on site. Otherwise, a definite 5 star experience.”

“Chase from Tukaway was a great guide. From the moment my friend and I arrived, he was so friendly and personable. We started out chatting in the yurt then he introduced us to his dogs one by one, and you can tell that he loves them all! We had great conversation throughout and cared about the small things like getting out to clean off the windshield several times or taking photos of us and the dogs. I got to spend time with the dogs afterward, then we had hot drinks inside the yurt before we went on our way. I highly recommend booking with this coop but especially with Chase!”

“Terrific! Chase was very welcoming, getting to know us and telling us about himself. His pleasant, friendly manner engaged us from the start. After some explanation about racing, the various jobs of the dogs, and specifically Alaskan huskies, he introduced us to each of his dogs individually. He had brought eight dogs to the co-op, and we loved getting our hands on them and learning about each one’s personality. He also allowed each of us to harness a dog. It was obvious that Chase loves his dogs and treats them superbly, and they love him. All the dogs were extremely friendly to us as well. I highly recommend this activity.…”
